To be honest, we don’t even know what this means. 99% sure it’s just another way of asking for a sponsorship, which is not something that we offer.

Can you sponsor me?

Unfortunately the answer to this question is almost always ‘no’. As much as we would love to sponsor everyone that asks, we are simply unable to.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately not. Our warehouse is not open to the public.

Unfortunately we don’t offer phone support. All emails are usually replied to within 24 hours though!

Why is my card being declined?
